Hello.
It has been 2 months since i blogged so i doubt there will be many or any reading this. But i'm just going to write something anyway.

I want to achieve something this year.

To be able to control my emotions the way i want.

We are all such emotional creatures.

It'll be nice to put on a little mask at times and not let just anyone see through you.

Life has been good, friends are great.

I couldn't ask for more.

One should not be too greedy. :p

Though i think there's still one part lacking in my life and i wonder how important is it to me at this point of time.

Dinner at Raymond's house just now.

With Chuz and Inn Tat.

He has been a great mentor to us.

Learnt many things from him in the past.

His house has changed a lot.

Kinda cool now. :D

And he's a good host with yummzzzzz food.

I felt like a carnivore just now, devouring a lot of meat. Chicken, pork, chicken wings, pork again.

Chuz is beside me now.

We're waiting for the MAC BREAKFAST WHICH IS LIKE AT 6am.

Waiting and waiting.

Inn Tat left us around 3am just now.

Having special cravings for scrambled eggs now.

And did i mention that my fridge broke down last night?

Celebrated Clement's birthday yesterday with Shanne, Jia Hao and Sai Kiat.

Went ice skating at Kallang and now they all have blisters.

Hahaha.

I think i don't have because the skates that were given to me were loose, felt like the skates weren't moving with my legs.

Because i slide, i don't ice skate. xD

If you've noticed, i had my hair cut.

Look at my fringe at the pictures above ^
I no longer have to clip my fringe to one side.

Haha.

It can be quite irritating at times though.

And also, look at my jaw.

It's not a newly grown patch of black/brown whatever.

A few days ago, while skating, i landed on my jaw.

I was tryin' to do the "Pornstar" slide.

Gee.

Anyway, it's just the name of the slide. I've got no idea why it's named that way.

Have been watching movies online for the past few days.

Not those that are showing in the theatres.

Rather, my own interest.

The last one i watched earlier one was so slow moving.

Skating yesterday was fulfilling. (:

Got new wounds though.

One around my hip/thigh area.

Another on my left elbow, joining the previous 3 wounds i alr had there.

Had PEEE lab test today.

Went pretty well, except that my calculator broke down halfway and i had to mental calculate.

Guess what happened to my calculator?

I was waiting for the lecturer to sign on my worksheet after checking through my circuit.

My restless hands had to meddle with the pencil and the calculator, and my pencil lead got stuck inside the reset button. Thus there's no way i can switch my calculator back on.

Can anyone tell me if it is possible to take it out?

I will ask my Dad today.

To be single is great. Because have so much freedom.

But won't a small, small part of you, want to be attached to something as well?

I asked my friends this today. (:

Went to Queensway/Queenstown whatever shopping centre today.

With Shanne, Jia Hao, Braden and his friend (I don't know how to spell sorry is it Jun Hui?!)

We were having "education" talk most of the time.

Walked around Ikea. Trolley full with our bags only.

We saw this offer downstairs along the road.

They looked like boxers/shorts for girls.

They have got many cute characters on it.

Wanted to get 1 each, but nobody's gonna take the 3rd one.

So we decided to forsake the idea in the end.

There's a huge bruise on my right knee.
My right wrist hurts.
There's a cut near my eye!
Wham into mao wen just now. He slided on me, past the right side of face and landed on me.

Went to play pool with chuz, xx, Zheng dao, garri, jun and more earlier this afternoon.

3rd time skating in school.

But there were so many people, and they were all so good.

Made pancakes with Chuz yesterday.

We had no idea how to make one.

Seemed fun, so we went down to limbang, got some pancake flour, syrup, butter.

Result of my very first pancake. :D

I forgot. I went to stir like how i cook my scrambled eggs. (I cannot fry and egg cos i cannot seem to flip it)

Practice makes perfect.

And it tasted kinda good.

Shanne, Clement and Jiahao came over my house yesterday too.

We were supposed to complete our ONOW presentation.

But we failed. Hahaha.

End up slacking around.

It's been some time since i posted.

Though i actually visit my blog every single day.
Procrastination as usual.

Another holiday is approaching in about 2 weeks time due to Youth Olympic Games (YOG)

Seems like lessons and holidays alternate really fast.

Like not even 3 months of lessons and tata! Another holiday.

Met up with Sarah and Chee Hooi a couple of days ago.

Movies at Chee Hooi house with pretty ice cream.

Dom has joined us, and Chuz is starting to learn as well.

I think i don't progress as fast. One of the reason is becos i'm afraid to fall hard.

Haha. There are so many injuries on my leg alr! And elbow.

XX say if i want to dye my hair, purple will be nice.

There's a huge temptation for me to try, but I have to bleach my hair before dyeing.

No doubt my hair condition will deteriorate.

And the color would probably last for a month only.

We had no lessons yesterday.

Headed to town for Haagen Dazs and Ben&Jerry for our IE survey project.

I've been dota-ing these few nights with Shanne, Clement, Jia Hao, Ray, Huanyou and more.

They are very patient in teaching me and Shanne.

Anyway, i went for inline skating on Wednesday with Ray.

I think i'm going to go for skates as my cca.

The skates cost $329 though.

And the blisters on my leg are huge and painnnnnnnnn.

First presentation for IE.

Decided to wear a little more formal. Haha.

Met up with Shanne, Clement and Jia Hao at Bukit Batok Mac.

The train was too full to board, so we took a cab.

But we were still half an hour late becos of the jam, and the taxi fare to SP cost us $16. -__-

Our presentation slides were very nicely done with credits to Shanne.

But lecturer powerpoint too old cannot read the new one.

So become like no no no nice.

Demoralised all of us, presentation also moody alr.

But i still love our last slide!

I know no link to presentation but cute a not. Hahaha. :D

Went for Piano Club interview today with Shanne.

Hope we can get in.

Met with Inn Tat later on and headed to Westmall.

Had Sakae Sushi for dinner. ^^

SP Flag Day yesterday at Serangoon.

Partner with Zac. He found a good spot and in less than an hour, i collected $39.71

Slacked till 11am with Jiahao and Clement who joined us later.

Went back to SP, to Moberly.

For the first time, i played Counter Strike and Left 4 Dead.

Hahaha.

The freshman welcome party was boring.

But the dance was awesome.

Second day of Freshman Orientation Programme.

My class is 1A04 by the way.

Had briefing for flag day on Thursday.

My class is supposed to be stationed at Serangoon which is super far and we have to reach by 7am.

But i'm planning to just collect around here with Chuz and Tat.

Don't want to wake up so early too. Haha.

Anyway 2 new girls joined my class.

So there's a total of 4 girls now. Not that bad.

Had ice breaking games.

There was one competition between EEE classes to see who can build the tallest tower out of straws.

My class tower toppled before the judges even judged it. Haha.

We had this activity to put together 2 led light bulbs, resistant into a racing car and design it.

I know nothing about Physics.

Grouped with Clement, Jia Hao and Zachary.

And they're good. Haha.

Zac drew this eagle for the design of the car.

But the blue gear thingy was missing at the last moment and had to open another car to steal the blue gear.

By the time everything was fixed, the race was over.

Hahaha.

But i had fun with them.

Last night, i was in charge of function with Felicia.

About 60-80pax, directors and management, smth like that.

This one gentleman asked me for a Screwdriver.

I was a little shocked.

So i told him to wait, and i asked Steven(GM) if i could get him a Screwdriver.

He was like huh?

I asked the gentleman if he was joking, he said no.

And then he said he wants a Vodka+orange.

Hmm okay.

Another gentleman came up to me later and asked for a Screwdriver too.

I laughed thinking how come these people are so weird.

So i said, "You want Screwdriver also for?"

He just gave me that confused face and asked for a Vodka+orange.

AND THEN I GOT IT.

Screwdriver = Vodka+orange.

Hahahha. Screw me.

I had a scary dream today.

This one dog was chasing me and a girl(my sister i think)

It had a monster face, with those huge long sharp teeth and gooey saliva dripping all over.

I saw this old man down the stairs in pain.

So i went down and saw my grandfather, he got bitten by the dog.

It was like the whole chunk of flesh got bitten out and it was black. Yuck.

He was coughing out blood as well.

The dreams goes on and fuck that dog!

When i woke up i realised how impt St.John first aid was and i'm going to revise it now. RIGHT NOW.

Maybe its a sign telling me i never know when i will need the knowledge. Hahaha.

Headed down to SP to collect my student admission card yesterday.

I was with Chuz, Tat and Yu Hua.

The students there were very insistent on pulling people to join their camps.

As the course i'm taking is EEE, the EEE seniors kept pressuring me to join the camp with reasons like there are so little boys in the course and you should join the course to get closer and make more girl friends.

But the funniest reason was, "I can see that you are a potential camper."

Hahaha.

But i've got the feeling that even if i joined any camp i would be too lazy to turn up, so no camps for me.

Headed down to Bukit Timah for pool after the enrollment.

Played one round against 2 malay boys(strangers)

Chuz and me won. Yay. But effort goes down to Chuz becos i rarely hit in any ball for that match. Haha.

Tat and Yuhua won them too. Good game everyone. (:

As usual, prata after pool.

I wanted to bring them to a playground inside the private houses since it was only 8pm.

We walked a millionth steps there was no playground to be found.

My memory fail. oops. :p

Yuhua left us first while we walked to King Albert's park Macdonalds.

Great slacking there. (Y)

Went out with Chuz and Tat just now.

Been quite awhile since i went out with them after i started work.

Shopping was fun.

Chuz managed to convince Tat to get a yellow tee which is so not Tat. Haha.

Went down to Peranakan Place to see if Mala was there (previous Novus cafe cashier)

Instead of Mala, we saw Vani and Priscella who were also previous cashiers.

Their shocked faces were indescribable.

Vani's English sounds really funny. Hahaha.

Babe become babbbb.

Cuppage become capp-age.

And i remember when i was working as Novus, majority addressed me as Carmen.

And she pronounced it as Camel.

Three cheers for Vani.

Dinner at Shokudo was fun too.

Tat ordered some shochu, which was later mixed with Matcha ice cream by accident.

Next was Asahi with the scissor paper stone game.

Food was good as well.

Had a great day with the guys. (:

We had SJAB FAC yesterday.

Well done cckss teams!

I am especially proud of Felicia's and Afiqah's team.

Out of 14 teams, Afiqah's team achieved the 3rd position and Felicia's team achieved the 5th position.

Not only that, they managed to clinch several postitions like best leader and best homenursing.

I am really very proud and happy for them. (:

I believe everyone else is too.

Had SJAB training this morning.

First aid case made me go (i've got to practice more)

Went down to A971 Cafe where Charmaine is working for a job interview.

They accepted me immediately becos of the fact that i worked at Novus before.

Haha. Thanks Novus, though there were so many politics there and thus i quit last Friday.

Will be starting work next Monday.

It'll cool to work together with Charmaine. (:

It'll be a night life so my sleeping time have to be later again = grow older fast.

Went down to Suntec for the IT fair today.

Got myself a Lenovo IdeaPad Y460 which was priced at $1499.

It's specialised in Entertainment so it plays really good quality and high defination videos.

And there are some special functions which other brands and models do not have.

I like.

Feeling so sleepy now.

Have to wake up at 630am for Sj tmr.

My popular mates arranged a bbq tmr and it was nice of them to call me down too.

But i decided not to go last minute cos either i wanna go down for my interview tmr or just rest.

Going out everyday is tiring.

There was this really nice red casing.

Tried a few outlets but they were out of red colour. It'll take about 3 mths to arrive is which too long.

So i got the closer colour of it. Pink.

Today is off day.

Too bad Sarah was only free yesterday.

Work has been good and bad.

Good becos the people there are taking care of me.

I guess its becos i'm one of the very very few girls there, thus many of the chef there also treat me very good.

I'm unable to really celebrate this year becos my granddad passed away the previous year and there should be no celebration within a year.

I am currently working here.

It is located at the National Museum of Singapore.

The restaurant bar is just beside the cafe courtyard.

I'm working at the cafe courtyard with Chuz.

Customers are usually ang mohs, and they have much better manners than Singaporeans.

They thank you even for the slightest things, while Singaporeans stare at you as if you were supposed to do so.

Colleagues there are lively and jokers too.

And Vani, the cashier, does not allow anyone to call me Wanyi becos our name sounds the same.

So no one can call me Wanyi, but Chuz doesn't care and Vani will stare at him.

Hahaha.

Assistant manager treats us like friends, when we are just talking casually with one another.

Same goes for the assistant manager from the Restaurant who comes over for awhile when he is free.

And they all gossip and talk about the manager who acts a little gay.

Was worried at first, but seems like all my colleagues make many mistakes too even though they work there much longer than me.

Job hunting with Chuz and Tat yesterday.

First interview was at an optometry shop.

But only one vacancy was available.

Headed to Tanjong Pagar next.

Second interview at a bar which looks so cool.

Said will call us back.

Tat needed the washroom, so we walked down the alley.

And guess what?

I FOUND BB Bar! WHOO HOO!

But... after asking around, i learnt that BB Bar has been replaced by a photo shooting gallery, or w/e its called.

I was this sad.

Headed down to Somerset for 3rd interview.

Another job we had applied on saturday called us to meet at Jurong Point in an hour to start work immediately.

Lol? It pays us $8 per hour.

So nice. But we decided to let the job go.

3rd interview gave us immediate reply that we're in the job.

I like.

So we're starting work on wednesday. :D

Pay not as good but still good.

Looking forward to work, sounds fun.

Was very confused at first becos majority said it wasn't worth it for me to enter that course when i could enter better ones.

Received O level results today.

Not even one distinction, disappointing.

But i must count myself lucky to still be able to acheive L1R5 19pts, and L1R4 15 pts.

Means i got straight 5 B3s for L1R4.

If they were B4, it'll be 20points.

Thought i could achieve an A for English, Maths and History.

It's alright i guess, after deducting 2pts for cca, i'll be getting into Poly with 13pt.

Not that bad afterall, i think.

And imma go Singapore Poly! :D

Yesterday was my last day of work. How sad.

I'm going to miss everyone.

Today is my 2nd last day at work.

Chalet was great!

And we have to thank SKL for the chalet. He paid for the whole thing. Haha.

Here's a summary.

Headed to Pasir Ris after work on Thursday. Skl came to pick me up.

Joined the rest in the room and went to pick our bikes after that.

Long walk.

I was being very careless that day.

While walking, i tried jumping to reach a Christmas decoration.

Instead, i tripped and fell a step down and sprained my ankle. Minor sprain.

Before that while having my dinner i drop mayo on my shirt and hair too.

So we went for night cycling.

Playground and blind mice was very fun too!

Later that night Gordon, Chinyee and me went out to buy instant noodles and mac.

As i was opening my bowl of instant noodles, i dropped the chunk of mee on the floor by accident.

Cannot eat alr.

Haha. So careless right.

Gordon gave his to me. Tyty.

Went to sleep around 5plus 6am.

Next day had lunch at JustAcia and off to Kbox with the sec 3s.

Sing until we all freeze. The air con was super cold.
